About
Hello.
I'm soso.
I'm Italian.
I don't know if you know this, but flight attendants never work with the same crew twice. Every new destination, new colleagues. And so every time a shift begins, I introduce myself. I've gotten good at it.
The moment I decided to become a flight attendant, I was alone in a café in London, on a sunny morning, completely in my own world. The bartender was smiling, the espresso was sour but somehow perfect, and everything just felt right. And that's when I knew: I didn't want to stop traveling, discovering new places, making important decisions sitting in front of an espresso.
There's this thing about coffee: as stimulating as it is, the moment you sit down with one, the world slows down. We live at a thousand miles per hour, loud and crowded, with someone always telling you what to see, where to go, what to feel. But the day is still twenty-four hours and somewhere in those hours, there's time to read. Not a ten-second reel that spoils everything, but something that makes you actually want to go, to live it yourself, in person.
I'm a dreamer. A big one! The kind that books last minute tickets for the next day and knows she's going to have a great time. The same kind who wants to share her passion for coffee and slow living, certain she'll find the right people to share it with through a blog.
Via Espresso is part of my character. My travels, the pictures I love, the coffee, the slow mornings, the life I'm building. And it's written wondering if someone out there is living this same crazy, beautiful way.
